Dr. Jessica Davis, co-owner, has been practicing orthopaedic physical therapy with an emphasis in manual therapy since graduating from Duquesne University. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Chatham University in 2008, became a Board-Certified Specialist in Orthopaedics in 2002, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists with Evidence in Motion in 2017.

In addition to her extensive manual therapy training and commitment to excellence in individualized patient care, she specializes in dance medicine that stems from her comprehensive dance background with 18 years of pre-professional dance training. She studied with the Oklahoma City Ballet, Midland Ballet Company, and Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. She was lead faculty with the Institute of Clinical Excellence where she headed the Performing Arts Division. Dr. Davis joined the Physical Therapy department at Duquesne University in July 2019 as an Assistant Professor. She also serves as the Assistant Chair and Assistant Director of Clinical Education.

Dr. Davis maintains various professional memberships, including the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, the International Association of Dance Medical Science, the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association and the American Physical Therapy Association.


Dr. Carley Greenawalt, PT, DPT, OCS, MTC, FAAOMPT

Dr. Carley Greenawalt, co-owner, has been practicing orthopaedic physical therapy with an emphasis in manual therapy since graduating from Slippery Rock University with her Doctorate. She became a Board-Certified Specialist in Orthopaedics in 2014 and received a Manual Therapy Certification in 2015 through Evidence in Motion. She became a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists with Evidence in Motion in 2018.

In addition to treating traditional orthopedic injuries, she specializes in the management of CrossFit athletes and Olympic weightlifters. Dr. Greenawalt also participates and competes in CrossFit. She has a Certificate in Management of the Fitness Athlete from the Institute of Clinical Excellence. Dr. Greenawalt is also an assistant coach at Crossfit TPA where she is the primary in house physical therapist.

Dr. Greenawalt is interim faculty with Slippery Rock University Physical Therapy Department teaching Education, Prevention, and Wellness, a class focused on providing individuals wellness programs for patients in addition to traditional physical therapy treatments. She is also interim faculty with Duquesne University, teaching for the China Health Institute.

Dr. Greenawalt is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and The American Academy of Orthopedic Physical Therapists.


Dr. David Skamai, PT, DPT, OCS, MTC

Dr. David Skamai has been practicing orthopaedic physical therapy since earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Slippery Rock University in 2016. He completed a Manual Therapy Certification through Evidence in Motion in 2018, and is currently completing a Fellowship in Orthopaedic and Manual Physical Therapy through Bellin College. Dr. Skamai is also recognized as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialities.

Dr. Skamai enjoys spending his free time outdoors, cycling, running, skiing, and backpacking. In addition to treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries, he takes interest in bringing his love for the outdoors into the clinic. He offers Professional Bike Fittings, for which he has obtained advanced certification through the Institute of Clinical Excellence, and enjoys treating cyclists, runners, outdoor enthusiasts, and weekend warriors.

Dr. Skamai is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the American Academy of Orthopedic Physical Therapists.

Colleen Bather has over 24 years experience with Orthopedic/Sports Medicine Physical Therapy with 12 years specializing in Pelvic floor PT. She graduated with her Masters of PT from Duquesne University in 1997 then went on to earn her CCCE from Cleveland State University and coordinated student clinical rotations for over ten Outpatient Clinics as an acting Site Coordinator. Colleen has received advanced training in Pelvic Floor PT for Women and Men including complex Pelvic pain disorders, Pregnancy/post-partum care, Post-surgical care including Post-cancer care, Bladder dysfunctions, GI conditions, and Pelvic organ Prolapse/Repair. She feels very passionate about caring for the Postpartum Moms who, at times, can be left behind following delivery. She loves to educate Women and Men about Pelvic floor PT to empower them to improve their health and wellness through multiple educational talks for Cancer groups and Women's groups. Adapting a whole body approach to caring for her patients through her experience with Orthopedics and Pelvic Floor PT, Colleen strives to restore her patients' quality of life.


Dr. Charlie Crockatt, PT, DPT, COMT, CIDN

Dr. Charlie Crockatt earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University in 2019 and moved from Michigan to Pittsburgh in 2022. In that time he earned further certifications in dry needling from Integrative Dry Needling and in Orthopedic Manual Therapy from the Manual Therapy Institute. He is continuing in a Fellowship program through the Manual Therapy Institute as well. Prior to his doctorate program he was an athletic trainer, and still enjoys working with athletes for return to play.

Charlie spends his free time exercising, hiking, cooking, drumming, and playing with his dog. He loves talking with clients about food, travel, and music while working together.


Joe Hughes, PTA, CSCS, LMT

Joe earned his bachelor of science degree in biology from LaRoche University in 1991 and his associates in physical therapy from Butler County Community College in 1997. Since then, he has been practicing orthopedic and sports physical therapy full time, with an emphasis on manual therapy. In that time, he also earned his strength and conditioning specialist and ASTYM certification as well as his massage therapist licensure.

Joe enjoys helping clients of all ages and ability levels to maximize their physical potential and become more resilient. He also loves to utilize his years of orthopedic manual therapy experience in benefiting his therapeutic massage clients. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, training, backpacking, hiking, carpentry, archery and keeping up on the latest health and wellness research.
