Walt Gasiorowski, Tai Chi Instructor
As a Yoga and Tai Chi teacher, I enjoy helping people learn and practice full range movement using the entire body. This promotes systemic health, including restoring lost function and slowing the ageing process. I view Yoga and Tai Chi as methods to gently develop strength, mobility, and balance, which contribute to an increased level of physical function with, potentially, a greater degree of longevity and peace of mind. These practices also have a significant positive effect on one's cognitive abilities and level of relaxation.
